BloomYoga is a *NEW* Yoga Studio in Bayonne centre! The word “Bloom” for us represents the ‘blooming’ of everyone as they reach their fullest potential, through the practice of Yoga. The founder of BloomYoga, Zoe, is extremely passionate about Yoga and the benefits that it can offer to its practioners.

BloomYoga studio aims to open its doors to as many people as possible, and we hope you leave our classes feeling happy, centred, and refreshed. We offer a unique style of teaching that is not currently offered in Bayonne, bringing influences from all over the world – Australia, England, and the USA. With the growing desire of French people to practise their English, and with the large expatriate community in the area, BloomYoga also offers Yoga classes taught in English.

Yoga means union. The physical practice of Yoga is a great way to relieve stress and remain centred, grounded and levelheaded in our chaotic ever-moving and changing lives. Yoga has a multitude of benefits – physical, emotional and spiritual.

We offer a range of different Yoga classes and styles:

Vinyasa Yoga – a popular style of Yoga that combines the breath, movement, and mind in a dynamic flow that will leave you feeling calm, centred, and fanstastic! In a Vinyasa Yoga class, students will flow throughout the entire class, experiencing not only a vigorous workout for the body but also the mind-calming benefits of a moving meditation.

Hour of Power – a dynamic Vinyasa Yoga class, for all levels. We are moving throughout the hour, marrying the breath and movement so they are united as one. The ‘Hour of Power’ classes are fast and dynamic, but there are many options for almost every posture so everyone is welcome to join in!

Hatha Yoga – a tradition style of yoga class, and is a very effective way to relieve tension, to remain centred, grounded and balanced in our often chaotic and stressful lives. The Hatha class is a relaxing, slow-paced class that is open to all levels of experience.

Yin Yoga – a slow-paced style of Yoga with postures held for longer periods of time – five minutes or longer per pose is typical. Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues – the tendons, fascia, and ligaments – with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Yin Yoga classes have a meditative element to them, and complement more dynamic ‘Yang’ classes, such as a Vinyasa Yoga class. 

BloomYoga studio aims to make Yoga accessible to as many people as possible. For this reason, we work hard to keep our prices at a low and competitive rate.
